Mental health struggles are far more common than many of us realise. We meet people every day who are carrying far more than anyone around them knows.

Anxiety. Poor sleep. Low mood. Feeling stuck. Feeling ashamed. If that’s you — please hear this: You are not alone. And you're not beyond help.

At The KEYS Project, we see lives change as people find support, community, and a way forward. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is simply say, “I’m not okay.”
