We are very sad to announce that after 46 years of creativity and community Portugal Prints is being shut down.

Since it’s opening in 1979, Portugal Prints has provided consistent long-term support for people with complex mental health needs. It has been a space for expression and creativity, where people can develop their practice, make work and connect with others - the closure is a great loss for the community and will be felt by many.

WCL Mind has decided to close the service for financial reasons. In the coming weeks we would like to hand this space over to our artists, to share what Portugal Prints has meant for them.
