Sadly we lost our James Devlin this week
A true gentleman, who would always step up if you needed a helping hand, and would ask for nothing in return.
He had become a true friend to us and had been part of our Uturn Family for many years. We will all miss his cheeky smile and Irish banter.
Take time for each other, listen without judgement, We all have our own battles in life, and we all need someone to reach out to when times are hard.
Sleep tight James. RIP

Thank you ma for putting up the post it really means so much. Also thank you to all my family and friends for your kind words of support. I really couldn’t have done this without all your help over the years. As a recovering addict life is a battle the same as it is for everyone else and rather than isolating myself in my own little bubble that kept me in the cycle of using I’ve learnt to reach out to people when I’m having a bad day or if maybe one of those demon thoughts to use comes to mind. I may have gained a few pounds over the years that’s down to early days of recovery of mums meals and sisters Asda deliveries and brothers BBQ’s not forgetting Emma and Jas giving me a place to stay and caring for me when my journey started. You’ve all been a part of this journey with me and it’s your praise you’ve given along the way has kept me going this far. If you know someone battling addiction just let them know there is help out there if they really want to change U-turn recovery is a great place to get you on the right track. Thanks again to everyone for your amazing words of support it means the absolute world to me. Much Love Krissi xx
