But the clock is ticking! We need your help to reach our full target and ensure even more children have access to a quality pre-school education.

Spread the word!

Help us reach more potential supporters by sharing our campaign with your friends, family, and social networks. Let them know there's still time to make a difference!

Remember, all donations made by July 19th, 2024 at 7:00 PM will be counted towards our final goal.

Together, we can build a strong foundation for the next generation of Ethiopia!

New on our Rewards List! In addition to our delicious Ethiopian recipes and Spotify playlist, we are now offering a chance to receive a personalized thank you video from our founder, Tibebu Tekle. Donate £50 or more to claim this special reward!

Raising money for children in Ethiopia to give them access to an education and a better future

08/06/2024

My name is Tibebu Tekle. I am one of the founders of Enat Pre-School Education Project. Enat is an Amharic word for mother.

The Vision of Enat Pre-School Education Project is to create access to free quality preschool education for disadvantaged children in Ethiopia. Pre-school education is mostly provided by the private sector and only restricted to the urban Middle class and rich. It was only after 2010 that the government of Ethiopia started to expand pre-school education to all children. Currently, the coverage for the nation as a whole is nearly 50%. But it has its own problems. The government provides only 1-year 0-class education for age 6 before they start primary school and it's also very poor quality in terms of teacher's education, materials, school facilities etc.

Enat pre-school education project aimed to support the community through direct sponsorship of children with educational materials, improving education quality and parent participation starting from Lideta Sub-city of Addis Ababa.

Our charity is looking for financial support, volunteers, and partners to realise this vision.
