The opinions of others will stop you making moves you know you should be making.

Those same people haven’t walked a mile in your shoes so why care about what they think?

When you have momentum how we have now and have done for almost the past 2 years, you take full advantage of it.

One of my favourite proverbs, “Rome wasn’t built in a day.” maybe because I am italy right now but it seems fitting. Each day is an opportunity to lay one more brick, but the key is to take of the brick, be intentional with it, at first glance it may seem like a small piece, until one day when you zoom out and realise what you have built is truly magnificent.

Here’s the truth though…

You only need one person to believe in you to change your path. That person is me for many of my students, I’m here to guide them, to push them, and to remind them that their breakthrough is coming.

A lot of the times you’ll be hit with a big test right before a huge win and sometimes you just need that extra voice of reason.

I take great pride in being that individual and I feel it is my duty to keep levelling up so I can push everyone else around me 🫡

Playing Chess while others are playing checkers ♟️

Next year will be a concentrated focus on the most important areas to improve the lives of others.

You’ll also see a lot more people disappear in 2025 and fade into the distance, whilst we again, go from strength to strength.

I warned people years ago to get around the right people and how you can’t afford to take these type of risks with your future and now look, they fizzle out and leave you stranded with zero f***s given.

In 2016 I wrote in my journal that I will create a pathway in which all students/Inner circle friends & investor need to focus on is the skill and then I’ll take care of the rest.

Here we stand in 2024 with a successful in house fund, millions in capital allocation and we are already beyond last years capital allocation, this shows a consistent growth path for the students and also for the investors.

When I wrote that goal, I didn’t know all the answers, I just wanted to get capital for the students, it was that simple.

Ideas don’t come out fully formed but when you have a vision with a strong enough why, you’ll move mountains to make it happen.

I want to see you guys hit some major milestones and finish the year as someone that is very proud of how hard they have worked this year, you owe that to yourself as a minimum.

Are you proud of your performance this week?

Not long ago, it felt like I was talking about the end of Q1 and now we are deep into Q3!

Time is flying people.

The less all in you are now, the longer it takes for you to make money…

For every person that wants to succeed , there comes a point that they decide to make sacrifices.

You have to be willing to put in an insane amount of work with little to no reward.

Any rational person wouldn’t learn trade.

They wouldn’t start a business.

They wouldn’t become an entrepreneur.

The trade off of not pursing any of these is accepting that you will live a mundane life with zero accolades to your name.

Do you think you could stomach looking back on your life in regret that you didn’t really give your all?

Or that you were pretending like you were giving your all, when really deep down you know you flirted with the idea of being successful vs doing whatever it takes.

My advice to traders is to fully accept, that you will never know the date or timeframe in which you will see the rewards. All you can control is the process in gaining the success and ensure you follow in the footsteps of a successful formula.

Every move I have ever made is to protect people, either from themselves or traps they cannot see.

If you are not prepared, you the run the risk of falling behind when the market is in full swing.
