International Women’s Day Panel hosted by GCU London SA!

The event was a powerful reminder that gender equality isn’t just a women’s issue—it’s a collective responsibility.

We explored inspiring stories, practical solutions, and the importance of creating inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive.

Together, we move towards a world where equity isn’t an ideal but a reality.

We’d like to announce and give a very warm welcome to our new London Officer for 2023 – 2024… Aarushi Kalra!

Congratulations Aarushi!

We’re very much looking forward to working with them and seeing what they achieve during their year in post, and seeing how they can support and represent students on the GCU London campus.

Thank you to everyone who ran in the elections, you all worked very hard and gained some incredibly valuable skills along the way.

We had 398 votes in total which is 217 more votes than last year, so thank you to everyone who voted! It is your action that drives change for your university experience.

Keep an eye out for updates on Aarushi’s work as she progresses her aims to: enhance mental health, amplify student voice, promote diversity & inclusion, and strengthen engagement and community.
