Today, we join the world in celebrating the strength, courage, and extraordinary leadership of women everywhere.
Women are not just part of the story of progress, women are leading it. From our homes to our communities, from classrooms to boardrooms, from grassroots movements to national leadership, women continue to rise, break barriers, and shape the future with wisdom, resilience, and compassion.
On this International Women’s Day, we are reminded that empowering women is not just a moral responsibility, it is a necessity for building stronger societies and a better world for generations to come.
Theme of the Year: Inspire Inclusion.
Inclusion means giving every woman and every girl the opportunity to be heard, respected, supported, and empowered. When women are included, communities thrive. When women are empowered, nations prosper. When women stand together, the world moves forward.
Today, I celebrate every woman who continues to push boundaries, challenge limitations, and open doors for others to walk through.

The Cameroon Career Women Award wishes to kindly inform the general public that our Sanitary Towel Distribution Program, originally scheduled for March 28th, has been rescheduled.
This decision was made because we currently have a lot in progress behind the scenes, strategic planning, partnerships, and preparations, so we can deliver this initiative with even greater impact and excellence.
📅 New Date: First Weekend of November
We sincerely appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support as we work intentionally to serve our girls and women better.
This pause is not a delay, it is a preparation for something greater.

With Deep Sadness
It is with profound sorrow that the Cameroon Career Women Awards announces the passing of our dear board member, Delphine Epote, whose sudden departure has left us heartbroken.
Delphine Epote was more than a colleague 😭😭😭 she was a guiding light, a source of inspiration, and a tireless advocate for empowering women. Her dedication, wisdom, and warmth touched every corner of our organization and every person privileged to know her.
We are deeply grateful for her years of service, her passion for our mission, and her unwavering belief in the power of women to change the world. She leaves behind a legacy of excellence, compassion, and strength that will continue to inspire us.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones during this painful time.

Successful Sanitary Pads Distribution in Oshie!

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We are thrilled to share that our sanitary pads distribution campaign was a great success yesterday in the village of Oshie! Thanks to your generosity and kindness, we were able to provide much-needed sanitary products to many young girls, ensuring they can manage their periods with dignity and confidence.

Your support has made a real difference in their lives, and we cannot thank you enough for your contributions. Together, we are breaking barriers and promoting menstrual health for all.
