We provide bursaries for music lessons and dance classes for those who cannot afford to fund themselves, and we support youth theatre projects in areas where there is little or no such provision. For those looking to move into Higher Education we aim to increase access to the Conservatoires for young people from the regions by providing help with the cost of travel to auditions and interviews.

Do you have industry experience or acting experience and want to give back?

We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our Mentorship Scheme, running from November 2026 – May 2027.

This is a wonderful opportunity to:
✨ Share your knowledge, experience and valuable industry insight
✨ Help nurture and encourage emerging talent
✨ Give back to an industry that needs people willing to pour into the next generation
✨ Make a meaningful difference through one-to-one mentorship

Our mentees have gone on to do amazing things, and the knowledge, guidance and connections gained through our masterclasses and mentoring have played an important part in their journeys.

What’s involved?
🎬 One-to-one sessions with your mentee
💻 Online or in-person

It is with great sadness that we share the news that our colleague and friend, Hannah Balogun, has sadly passed away.

Hannah was a valued and cherished member of our team, and we are incredibly grateful for the contribution she made to our charity during her time with us. She first joined us as a bursary holder in 2022 and 2023, became one of our mentees in 2023–24, and joined our team as an Admin Assistant in 2024.

Hannah quickly became a core part of our team. She played a central role in the development of our mentoring scheme and free theatre ticket scheme, while also providing invaluable support across our core operations. Her kindness, dedication and contribution to our work will be deeply missed.

Our thoughts are with Hannah’s family, friends and loved ones as they come to terms with this immense loss.
