And the Oscar goes to… Louise! 🏆😂

Cherrelle had the honour of handing over today’s BNI Keane Oscar to Louise Hyland from Judge & Priestley LLP — which feels very official considering neither of them had a red carpet, a film crew, or a dramatic acceptance speech prepared.

Louise helps clients with residential property matters, including conveyancing, remortgages, transfer of equity, lease extensions and adverse possession claims.

Talk about perfect timing… 🏆😄

Cherrelle from CW EPCs hasn’t even officially joined BNI Keane yet, and she’s already collecting awards.

Daren handed her today’s Oscar just before she becomes an official member of the chapter next week — so clearly she’s set the bar dangerously high for herself already.

Cherrelle provides domestic and commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and is all about fast, reliable, professional service for homeowners, landlords, estate agents, letting agents and commercial property owners.

She’s already completed hundreds of EPCs and built her business through recommendations, repeat clients and good old-fashioned customer service — exactly the sort of person we love having in the room.

New room, same great energy 👏

This week we were trying out our new room at The Bromley Court Hotel, and safe to say… it looked the part.

A room full of businesses, conversations flowing, ideas being shared, and plenty of opportunities being created before most people had finished their first coffee. That’s what BNI is all about.

It’s always exciting to see the chapter in a fresh space, especially when the room is packed with local businesses all focused on building relationships and helping each other grow.
