I hope you’re well! I’m Safia, an Assistant Psychologist at NELFT, currently working on an Ecotherapy project in Barking & Dagenham for South Asian women aged 55+.

We’re looking for South Asian women to take part in a focus group to help co-design a culturally sensitive gardening programme that promotes wellbeing and community connection.
