at all aspects of Mission & Ministry within the Division will be seasonal. We know that things will be ever changing and changeable. Our commitment as a Division is to seek, as we Stop, Look, Listen, Act, to discern and understand which season a Corps is currently facing, and how L.O.U.D. the expression of mission and ministry is. We also recognise the importance of investment in and support of Spiritual Leaders. As a team, our accountability is to the Division, and you can expect that we will share a Yearly Conversation in each expression with every Officer/or leader and local Leadership. We meet together to explore how ‘Green’ (flourishing) the Corps is, and we also meet with every Officer/leader to share in conversation regarding his/her own giftings, skills and development.
