What an incredible day! 💚

We are still buzzing from the energy at the Westway Sports Centre today for the One Heart Festival. It was truly special to see our community come together in memory of Grenfell, uniting in strength, spirit, and solidarity.

From the young people who brought such incredible energy, to the families, our dedicated staff, amazing volunteers, and all our partners who supported us — thank you. You made today possible, and we are so proud of what we achieved together.

Today was all about connection. Whether you were learning about the vital services available in our community, trying out new activities, or simply sharing a laugh with neighbors, it was a reminder of how powerful we are when we stand as one. Seeing the smiles and the community spirit in action was the highlight of our year!

We already can’t wait to do it all again on 19 June 2027!

What a weekend! 🌟

Our young people absolutely smashed their PGL residential, and we’re still buzzing from all the highlights.

From scaling walls and hitting the target at the rifle range to taking the leap on the big swing and zip wire—this trip was all about pushing boundaries and trying new things. Whether they were abseiling, axe throwing, or navigating the sensory trail, it was incredible to see them learning to trust each other and working as a real team. 🧗‍♂️🎯

It wasn't just about the adrenaline, though—there was plenty of dancing, team challenges, and even a certificate ceremony to celebrate everyone's growth!

At the end of the day, that’s what a PGL adventure is all about: building confidence, finding independence, and making memories that stick.

We're so proud of how everyone stepped out of their comfort zones! 🏆✨

Is it just us, or is this rain making everyone else crave a sunshine reset? 🌧️

We’ve been looking back at our trip to Thorpe Lakes Aqua Park and honestly, nothing beats seeing the group launching themselves off the inflatables. It was non-stop laughs and, let’s be real, a lot of wipeouts! 🌊💦

It’s about more than just the fun, though. Getting out on the water is such a great way to clear the head, boost some confidence, and just properly switch off for a bit. It’s amazing what a few hours of chaos on the water can do for everyone's mood.

Counting down the days until we can get back out there! 🌞

For three and a half decades, it’s been our honor to support thousands of young people as they discover their passions, build confidence, and chase their dreams. From our first project to today, our mission remains the same: helping you reach your full potential and make positive life choices.

A massive thank you to our incredible community, the young people, staff, volunteers, and supporters who have made this journey possible. We’ve achieved so much, but the best is yet to come! 🚀🙌

Oxford adventures with the More Than A Woman crew! 🎓✨

We spent an incredible day exploring, learning, and bonding. From hunting for ancient treasures at the Pitt Rivers Museum to testing our financial literacy (and appetites!) over a delicious pizza feast, the girls were brilliant.

We wrapped up the day getting active on the river with some paddleboarding—the perfect way to build confidence and new friendships.

Watching the girls step out of their comfort zones, support each other, and grow together was the highlight of the day. So proud of how they conducted themselves. Oxford, you were a blast! 🍦🛶
