Our mid summer Dandelion Circles gathering was a gentle invitation to slow down, connect, and care for ourselves and each other.
Members of the collective, Sarina Sarina Mantle Visual + Sound Artist and Jacqui Jacqui Mann , generously shared two sessions centred on wellbeing, creating space to pause, breathe, and simply be.
With the pavilion doors wide open, the club room calm, birdsong drifting in and Sunday unfolding around us, the morning softened into midday.
Sarina guided a painting workshop inspired by the biorhythm of a sunflower via PlantWave . Together, we painted with attention on what we could see, hear, and feel in the moment. Time seemed to stretch as we settled into the process, and it was such a joy to see the different paintings at the end.
Jacqui then welcomed us into a deeply restful yoga and sound session, using instruments from her beautiful collection. Surrounded by gentle vibrations and soothing sounds, we were invited to rest, listen, and let go. For a while, it felt as though time no longer mattered. Thank you, Jacqui, for holding such a nourishing space.
