The Government has opened a consultation, which it thinks will improve the lives of people with mental health problems. One of the Government’s suggested changes could expose thousands more people with mental health problems to the threat of having their benefits cut.

PASSING OF A LETS VETERAN
a note from his friend MF:

"It is with sadness that I am writing to report the recent death
of my friend =="Woody" ==, whom I met as a member of
North London LETS in about the year 2000===. He had been unwell for some time, so his passing came as a blessing, but was still a shock.

A brief ceremony will be held from 9.30am to 10am this Friday
27th June is Islington Crematorium, 278 High Road, East Finchley,
N2 9AG - between Finchley central & East Finchley tubes and on
bus route 102.

Friends will also be welcome to gather from about 11am onwards
at Woody's flat== let us know if you need or can offer a lift - and bring
food to share."
