ℹ️ This independent research project aims to explore current experiences, perceptions, challenges, and unmet needs in robotic surgical training across specialties and levels of experience. In particular, the survey seeks to understand how surgeons currently acquire robotic skills, how transferable those skills are perceived to be between different robotic systems, and what educational and competency requirements are necessary to support the safe and effective transition from one robotic platform to another.

➡️ In Step 2, we’ll be creating an anonymized patient-level registry designed to evaluate surgical complexity and performance across gynecologic subspecialties.

The results will support collaborative scientific publications with representation from participating centers. 👏👏👏
