📣 We’re hiring an Interim Director (or Co-Directors) to lead Raze Collective into its next chapter!

This is a unique opportunity to step into a director-level role and help shape the future of q***r performance in the UK 🏳️‍🌈

About the role ⬇️:
⭐️ 4-month freelance leadership role guiding us through a pivotal period of transition, fundraising and future planning
⭐️ We’re looking for bold, values-driven leadership rooted in championing LGBTQIA+ performance — especially QTIBIPOC and disabled artists — and is committed to care, collectivism, equity and disability justice across all we do. 
If you’re ready to steward a thriving, intersectional q***r arts organisation through its next era — or know someone who is — we want to hear from you!

➡️ STEP FREE ACCESS: This venue has step-free access.There is a ramp, and an accessible toilet to the right of the the main entrance.The bar and event space are level.
 ➡️ QUIET SPACE: There won’t be a quiet space but there is a yard outside which you can use to have a quieter moment  ➡️ PLAN YOUR JOURNEY: Windrush Overground Line: The closest Station to SET Social Peckham.
🚨There will be no service between Norwood Junction / London Bridge and Balham (via Crystal Palace) / Tulse Hill 🚨

🚆 Trains run from London Bridge to Peckham Rye taking approx 10 mins and 15 mins from Blackfriars (Peckham Rye Station does not have step-free access)

🚌 Buses : Routes 12, 37, 63, 78, 197, 343 and 363 stop within a few minutes’ walk.
