The British Tunisian Society is delighted to present an evening with renowned artist Sonia Kallel, exploring the profound intersections of nomadic weaving, memory, and displaced territories.

Through her distinctive practice, Kallel examines how traditional craft forms carry the weight of cultural memory and navigate the tensions of displacement and belonging. Her work offers a powerful meditation on how we preserve and transmit heritage across borders and generations.

This intimate talk and presentation will take place at the Embassy of Tunisia, providing a unique opportunity to engage with one of Tunisia’s most thoughtful contemporary artists.
