National Hindu Students' Forum (UK), 43 Berkeley Square, Mayfair, London (2026)

Representing over 10,000 Hindu students, NHSF (UK) is the largest Hindu movement for students outside of Bharat, and aspires to build the foundations for a strong and vibrant Hindu community by establishing a youth-orientated proactive agenda. Hindu societies aim to create a space for students to explore and engage with their Hindu identity, and provide a platform for spiritual wellbeing.

We begin our Navrātri journey by honouring Maa Śailaputrī, the first of the nine forms of Maa Durgā, who symbolises strength, stability and grounding.

As we enter a new academic year, may her blessings inspire us to stay rooted in our values, build strong foundations and embrace new beginnings with courage.

Over these nine sacred nights, we celebrate the Navadurgā — the nine divine forms of Maa Durgā, each embodying unique qualities of strength, wisdom, courage, devotion and transformation.

Join us as we explore the stories, spiritual significance and lessons of each of the nine devis, discovering how their timeless teachings can inspire us in our everyday lives as Hindu students.
