Delighted to announce that initial renovation work has finally begun on our Brockwell Park pavilion base with the installation of a new roof. A huge thank you to the Clothworkers’ Foundation who have funded the works. Long term we are aiming to renovate the entire building and create a dedicated classroom and therapeutic drop-in space. And a special mention must go out to the padel club who kindly offered to turn the bowling green and pavilion into a padel centre, bar and café while allowing us to keep our footballs in a cupboard. It was a tough one.

Lovely to have our old friend PC Ray (now DI Ray!) come down to our summer scheme today in Brockwell Park. Ray helped out with registrations and wristbands, brought some lovely recycled boots and showed off his old skills on the pitch. He even took being nutmegged by one our ‘Tinies’ with a smile!
