Would you be interested in volunteering to support vulnerable adults who do not have a network of friends and family to rely upon? We are made up of different not-for-profit groups. Our funding comes from Royal Borough of Greenwich and the Greenwich Clinical Commissioning Group. What you can do with us:

The Stay Safe at Home Scheme provides up to 12 weeks support and tailored to the patients’ nee

ds. The Hospital Ward Support Scheme helps prepare patients for discharge, offers companionship and provides practical, generic support. The Door to Door Scheme takes a patient home after a hospital stay, visits the house before discharge and offers journeys to and from appointments etc. Our offer to you as a volunteer:

We will provide you with plenty of support, including an induction and on-going training opportunities. Our approach is to give you as much support as you need and make the experience as rewarding and enjoyable as possible.
