Events coming up at Prideaux House Community Centre, - open to all!

Tuesdays 7-8pm (for 6 weeks starting Tuesday 24th Feb 2026)
Guided sessions to create a beautiful community banner; hand-sewn, appliqued and embroidered celebrating the Well Street Common Community. The banner will take pride of place at Coffee Run events and create a lovely back drop for our community tent on the Marshes for The Hackney Moves Weekend and at The Well St Common Festival.

Creative Writing Skills with Louisa

Mondays 12-1pm (for 6 weeks starting Monday 2nd March 2026)
An introduction to creative writing through 6 sessions looking at different elements of the creative process and using a range of warm up exercises, prompts and stimuli to help participants develop their own writing. Creating confidence in writing for pleasure.

The final session will give the option for participants to share a reading of their work in progress or a final piece.
