Could you help shape the next generation's confidence and career skills? 💼✨
Feltham Explorer Scouts are working towards their Employability Skills, and we're looking for local businesspeople, managers, recruiters, HR professionals, and anyone with interview experience to support us with a fun Mock Interview Evening.
📄 The week before, our Explorers will be learning about:
✅ CV Writing�✅ Job Descriptions�✅ Applying for Roles
Then it's time to put those skills into practice!
We'd love volunteers to:
🎤 Conduct short mock interviews�💡 Share interview tips and tricks�⭐ Give constructive feedback and encouragement
This is a fantastic opportunity to help young people build confidence, develop real-world skills, and prepare for future opportunities.
