A practical online peer-coaching session

Progress often begins with the space to pause, reflect and consider a fresh perspective.

This friendly, facilitated session provides an opportunity to explore a current goal, opportunity or challenge through structured coaching conversations.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

No previous coaching experience is required. A clear framework will support newcomers, with additional options for experienced coaches and practitioners.

Conversations will be guided by curiosity, confidentiality, mutual respect and constructive reflection.

How can professionals develop greater behavioural flexibility, confidence and resourcefulness under pressure?

This Monday evening, UK time, I’m delivering a practical corporate training-style session with the Canary Wharf NLP Community, focused on the NLP Swish Pattern as a structured behavioural change and performance enhancement process.

The session will explore how this classic NLP approach can be used to support:

✅ Mindset development
✅ Pattern interruption
✅ Future-self rehearsal
✅ Leadership and communication flexibility
✅ Personal and professional performance

In corporate training, coaching, leadership development and workforce development, practical experiential tools are essential. This session is designed to help participants practise a repeatable process for shifting unhelpful automatic responses and strengthening more resourceful patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour.

We’ll explore several practical applications and variations, including:

👐 Self-Swish using the hands
🎨 Visual, auditory and kinaesthetic variations
🚀 Future-self and performance applications

The session is ideal for Master NLP Practitioners, NLP Practitioners and those with equivalent experience in coaching, facilitation, HR, learning and development, organisational development or professional training.
