🎉 WE OUT HERE 2026!! 🎉

We are excited to be back in The Sanctuary with our friendly team of volunteers on hand to hold space for you all 🤗.

We’re offering free talking therapy as well as facilitating a chill out tent loaded with bean bags and cosy blankets + mindful activities from puzzles to colouring in 😌.

Or why not make the most of the sunshine and relax on our bean bags and deck chairs 😎.

Boomtown complete! 🎪

It was so lovely to welcome so many of you into the blink space 🩵

This year we had 2 chill-out tents across Thrutopia and Downtown ☀️ Whether you took some time to pause and recharge 💤, got involved in some mindful activities 🧩, or accessed our free talking therapy sessions over in The Retreat 🌲 — we hope you found a welcoming space to unwind, take care of your mental health, and find a moment of calm 🩵

We would love to collab with Lucy & Yak, and here’s why it just makes sense…comfort, community, inclusivity, and being able to express your full self are quite literally what both of our missions are built on 🩵

blink exists to make sure anyone at a festival can access free mental health support and an inclusive space to just breathe. Lucy & Yak exist to make sure anyone can feel good in what they’re wearing and who they are.

Different spaces, same mission.

And yes, our founder Mike can always be spotted sporting their fab, colourful pieces at the festivals we travel to all over England and Wales 🎪

As comes to a close, we want to take a moment to say this: as a completely volunteer-led charity, blink simply wouldn’t exist without you.

Over 140 of you, across 10 festivals, and a whole team working quietly in the background all year round too.

Some of you are at festivals, sitting with strangers, holding space, raising awareness of what we do and genuinely changing people’s lives. Others are the behind the scenes, all year around, to make sure everything runs smoothly.

We genuinely couldn’t do any of this without you, so thanks so much, from everyone at blink ❤️

Day 3 of has been filled with plenty of sunshine, and many mindfulness moments☀️

blink’s mission is to provide safe and open spaces for people to receive professional mental health support. Our therapy sessions are free and accessible to anyone during the festival, we have no month-long waiting lists or strict criteria people need to meet 🌸

Tomorrow is our final day here, and it’s looking like it’s going to be another sunny one - see you in the morning!🩵

You can find us in the Soul Space, in between the Shakti and Om yoga tents 📍

We will be back open tomorrow at 9am, and beginning our free talking therapy sessions from 10am - speak to one of our lovely volunteers to book in.

Whether you are accessing our free talking therapy, just chilling out, doing some mindful activities or chatting to one of our friendly volunteers, we would love to welcome you into the blink space 😊

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and this year the have chosen “Action” as the theme.

Here at blink we’re taking action to provide safe and open spaces for people to receive professional mental health support, where they can be heard, connect with others, and reconnect with themselves 🩵
