❤️ HELP US KEEP OASIS PLAY GOING FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE

We have some positive news to share.

Through a small grant and contributions to our fundraising campaign, we have secured enough funding to help us keep our services running for a little longer.

But we still need your help.

We need continued support to give children and young people the stability and continuity they deserve and to help secure the future of our services.

For children and young people, Oasis Play is more than just a place to play. It is a safe and welcoming space to build friendships, explore, create and grow in confidence.

That is why our JustGiving campaign will remain open.

Every donation, large or small, helps us move towards a more secure future.

❤️ Please donate and share our campaign:

Together, we can keep Oasis Play going for children and young people.

There are days in playwork when it's better not to ask too many questions. 😂

We aren't entirely sure what the plan was here.

But they appear extremely committed to it.

This is one of the things we love about adventure play: children are given room to create, experiment, imagine and occasionally do something that makes every adult nearby stop and go, “...right.”

These silly little moments are part of what we're fighting to protect.

If you’d like to help Oasisplay keep creating moments like this for years to come, become a Friend of Oasisplay with a regular monthly gift.

Even a small amount helps us plan ahead, keep the gates open and give children a place to simply be children.

September is here, and our campaign is still going.

Marigona has one simple ask:

If you can donate, please do.

Every donation helps us protect free Oasisplay services for children and young people in Lambeth.

And if giving isn’t possible, sharing this post can still help us reach someone who can.

Javarron came to Oasisplay when he was five years old.

He remembers it as a family. A base in the community. Somewhere that supported his development and growth.

Today, he is our Youth Empowerment Lead, helping support another generation of young people.

That is the kind of impact you only see when community spaces are allowed to stay.

A child comes through the gate. They grow. They gain confidence. And sometimes they come back and become the person supporting somebody else.

September is now here, and we still need help to protect vital Oasisplay services.

Please donate if you can, and please share Javarron’s story with someone who believes places like this should still exist for the next generation.
