🎓 Celebrating the next generation of healthcare leaders
On Wednesday, we were delighted to celebrate the graduation of our 2025-26 Clinical Fellows cohort at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Over the past year, these fellows have developed their leadership capabilities, built valuable professional networks and contributed to meaningful change across the healthcare system.
The event also featured an inspiring keynote address from Professor Frankie Swords, National Medical Director at NHS England, who shared reflections on leadership and the road ahead, encouraging fellows to continue leading with purpose and impact. Alongside reflections from fellows and scheme sponsors across the National Medical Director’s, Chief Sustainability Officer’s, Chief Pharmaceutical Officer’s and Chief Dental Officer’s schemes, the day showcased the breadth of leadership talent being developed across the healthcare system.
Congratulations to all of our graduates on this significant achievement. We look forward to following your continued leadership journeys and seeing the impact you make in the years ahead.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Professor Frankie Swords, Chris Gormley, Richard Cattell and Jason Wong for their contributions to the day, for sharing their valuable insights and supporting our fellows throughout the programme and graduation event. We would also like to thank Natasha Esdale for her exceptional work in planning and delivering such a successful celebration.
