🌟 An inspiring update from Lilly and her family!

Almost two years ago, Lilly was diagnosed with severe scoliosis and told she would likely need spinal surgery within a few years. Determined to explore her options, she committed to physiotherapy, wore a brace around her training, and adapted how she trained.

At her most recent appointment, her consultant was delighted to see improvements in her spine and felt she was no longer a surgical candidate.

Throughout this journey, Lilly has continued to excel in sport, representing Great Britain in biathle, triathle and laser run at both European and World Championships. And now, she's taken another exciting step towards her dream of competing in modern pentathlon, having recently been welcomed onto the GB pathway programme.

Congratulations, Lilly – what an incredible achievement! πŸ’™
