What an incredible day at the Together United Football Tournament 2026!
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a fantastic success. From the players who gave their all on the pitch, to the families, supporters, and community members who came along to cheer on the teams, your energy and enthusiasm made the day truly special.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to our sponsors, EE/BT , Sutton Council and Caris' Cake for their generous support of the Together United Football Tournament 2026. Their commitment to supporting community initiatives and inclusive opportunities helped make this event possible and enabled us to bring people together through sport.
A special thank you to Deputy Mayor Cryss Mennaceur, Bobby Dean MP, Councillor Yusuf Abd El Kassem, Councillor Rushanka, Councillor Richard Choi, Councillor Rob Lee, Councillor Ian Simpson, Councillor Israel, and Councillor Ed Parsley for joining us and supporting this fantastic community event. The success of the tournament was only possible because of the dedication of our incredible volunteer team. Our 10+ volunteers gave their time, energy, and commitment to ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. To every one of you – thank you. You are the heart of our community.
We would also like to thank our referees, Daniel Ayeni and Sade; our first aid team from the Metropolitan Police Service; our commentators, Alfie Waters; our coach, Daniel Wood; and all our partners and volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes.
Your dedication, professionalism, and teamwork helped create a welcoming, inclusive, and memorable day for everyone involved.
Congratulations to F.C. Sutton HKer for lifting the championship trophy, and to Hei Man for his outstanding performance and well-deserved individual awards, including Player of the Match.
