“One suit at a time”

A powerful new photography book celebrating the life-changing work of Suited & Booted will launch during Milan Men’s Fashion Week this June.

“One suit at a time”, created by Italian photographer and journalist Enzo Dal Verme and art director Pierpaolo Pitacco, tells the remarkable story of the charity through striking photography and personal testimonies from clients, volunteers and supporters.

The book will be previewed on Friday 19 June at the FLA FlavioLucchiniArt Museum at Superstudio Più in Milan, with Suited & Booted founder and Chief Executive Maria Lenn joining the discussion.

Meet Nichola…

Nichola joined the team in February 2026 and is currently helping out as a wardrobe assistant. After relocating from Singapore in 2015 with her young family, she now has greater flexibility to pursue her passion for helping others.

Understanding the pressure that some job interviews can bring, she finds it very rewarding to witness each client’s transformation. Seeing clients leave with an air of renewed confidence, a positive mindset, and a smile is invaluable.

Could you spare a few hours every week or month to help transform someone’s confidence?

Suited & Booted supports vulnerable and unemployed men with interview clothing and guidance and we’re currently looking for Wardrobe Assistants to help run the clothing room, prepare outfits and support clients during styling sessions.

No fashion background needed, just organisation skills and a friendly face 😃

Meet David…

David is a retired registered nurse who worked with children and young people with mental health and behavioural problems for 41 years. He still works part-time as well as making time to volunteer for Suited & Booted. Over the many years that David has volunteered for us, he has undertaken many roles and currently enjoys his role as a stylist for our clients.

YUKARTA: An Exhibition by Geoff Stocker, a friend and supporter of Suited & Booted.

From 24th May to 6th June, experience Geoff Stocker’s exhibition YUKARTA. A collection made in silk rather than the usual heavy cotton of a simple non-ceremonious kimono, or ‘Yukata’, allowing for a deeper tonal depth and rich colour saturation. Stocker regularly works with silk, being his fabric of choice over the past 15 years.
