The London Gay Men’s Chorus has been changing the world through song for 35 years.

We are now recruiting our first DEVELOPMENT AND FUNDRAISING MANAGER to secure the funding we need to continue our mission for the next 35 years!

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record to work for two to three days a week with our trustees, artistic team, 300 members and 1,000+ alumni to ensure our groundbreaking choir can perform to a broader reach of audiences, in a diverse range of venues, and with ever more exciting and inclusive repertoire.

I was born a man and my journey to acceptance that I was gay was hard for me and those that loved me. I was booked in for aversion therapy on the NHS around 1977, the psychiatrists took another 22, years to decide it was not necessary, did not work and just hurt people.

As we approach a general election ask when will aversion therapy be banned in the UK. The right wing fundamentalists want to eliminate us and want us in neat boxes with labels.
