We all need a confidence boost every once in a while. It is easy to slip into the thought process of believing you are not doing enough, you are not coping, you are not where you want to be... 🤯

Why not start a folder (physically or virtually) and save a copy of every positive feedback you receive, every compliment you hear, every win you achieve? 🏆

Anytime your imposter syndrome starts to creep up on you or you find yourself having a low day, revisit that folder and read through it to get that positive boost and realize how far you have come! 💪👏
