Top Ten Skills 2020 The TOP 10 Project will prepare European workers to acquire these new skills using a new and innovative approach.

The World Economic Forum (WEF) 2015, published the report “The Future of Jobs. Employment, Skills and Workforce Strategy for the Fourth Industrial Revolution”. The report compares the skills required by employers in 2015 to the skills that are expected to be in high demand in 2020. It states that “on average, by 2020, more than a third of the desired core skill sets of most occupations will be comprised of skills that are not yet considered crucial to the job today” (WEF,2015)
