Imagine you have a variety of art materials in front of you... what do you make?

Lose yourself in these pieces created during our most recent Open Day for Health and Wellbeing Professionals in our Croydon Studio.

Local mental health professionals joined us for an evening of conversation, connection, and collaborative art-making. Each attendee started a piece, experimenting with colour, brushstrokes and a range of materials and utensils (including sponges and toothbrushes!), before rotating around the room to build on someone else’s. The result? A vibrant collection of artwork shaped by many hands and minds.

This activity is one of the collaborative exercises we do in our studios to encourage people to explore, experiment, and connect with what emerges emotionally throughout the creative process.

We’ll be hosting more regular Open Days at our studio in the near future, giving you the chance to meet our team, check out the space, and take part in a fun creative activity - keep an ear out for upcoming dates and a BIG thank you to everyone who joined us for our last one! ☺️
