The GTTP has member countries which are profiled in depth on the Member Countries page; each has its own programs involving curriculum development and teacher training and each can utilize the GTTP’s global curricula and teacher training programs. Curricula, including PASSPORT TO THE WORLD, an introductory curriculum which is used in member countries, and PASSPORT TO BUSINESS (in development). Te

📣 GTTP Student Research Competition

Every year, GTTP invites students from around the world to explore real travel & tourism challenges through the Student Research Competition.

This global programme helps young people to:
🌍 investigate real industry topics
🧠 build analytical and problem-solving skills
🎤 present their findings internationally
🤝 connect with students from other countries

The winning teams are invited to the Global Student & Teacher Conference, where they share their research with educators and industry leaders — gaining invaluable, real-world experience.

GTTP Executive Director Anne Lotter was honoured to share a panel with Nejc Jus, Director of Research at WTTC, Jean Michel Chapuis, Ph.D, from Panthéon-Sorbonne Paris 1 University, Christian Delom, Secretary General of A World For Travel, and students from Sorbonne University.

The discussion highlighted how global collaboration between WTTC, GTTP, and Sorbonne can inspire Gen Z and reshape education to prepare tomorrow’s travel and tourism workforce. ✈️
