🎶✊ AIN’T GONNA LET NOBODY TURN US AROUND ✊🎶

Another powerful moment from our Catapella Summer Concert at The Brookmill Pub on 12th July 2026. 🐈💜

This time, we’re sharing Catapella Choir performing “Ain’t Gonna Let Nobody Turn Us Around”, as performed by The Specials. 🎤🎵

With its message of determination, solidarity and refusing to be turned around, this is the kind of song that takes on an extra energy when a whole choir sings it together. Voices joining voices, harmonies building, and everyone moving forward as one. ✊🎶

That sense of togetherness is a huge part of Catapella. We sing, laugh, learn and support one another, and when all those individual voices come together, something pretty special happens. 💜

Our Summer Concert also gave us the chance to use our music to support a fantastic cause. Together, we raised £260 for UK charity Live Music Now, helping bring the joy and benefits of live music to people and communities who might otherwise miss out. 💙🎼

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us at The Brookmill, donated, cheered us on and helped make the concert such a memorable day.

Another special moment from our Catapella Summer Concert at The Brookmill Pub on 12th July 2026. 🐈✨

This time, we’re sharing Catapella Choir performing “Vanderlyle Crybaby Geeks” by The National. 🎤🎵

It’s a song that really comes alive when voices join together, making it a wonderful choice for Catapella. There’s something rather magical about starting with individual voices and hearing them build into one big choir sound. 💜

Our Summer Concert wasn’t just about sharing the music we love. Together we also raised an amazing £260 for UK charity Live Music Now, helping them bring the joy and benefits of live music to people and communities who might otherwise miss out. 💙🎶

A huge thank you once again to everyone who joined us at The Brookmill, donated, applauded and helped make our concert such a memorable afternoon. 🥰

🎶🧈 IF I’M BUTTER… THEN CATAPELLA IS DEFINITELY ON A ROLL! 🧈🎶🐈

We’re continuing our look back at some of the brilliant performances from the Catapella Summer Concert at The Brookmill Pub on 12th July 2026. 💜✨

This time, Catapella Choir takes on “If I’m Butter” by Fiona Apple. 🎤🎵

A wonderfully quirky song with plenty of personality, it gave us the chance to have some fun with the music while bringing together all those Catapella voices and harmonies. There’s nothing quite like hearing a song transform when an entire choir gets hold of it! 🐈🎶

And that’s one of the things we love about Catapella. Our repertoire can take us just about anywhere. From powerful anthems and beautiful ballads to unexpected songs you might never imagine hearing from a community choir, there’s always something new waiting in the music. 🌟

Our Summer Concert was about much more than performing, too.

💙 Together we raised £260 for the UK charity Live Music Now, supporting their fantastic work bringing the joy and benefits of live music to people and communities who might otherwise miss out.

And judging by the energy at our Summer Concert, Catapella was definitely heading in the right direction! 🐈✨

Here’s another fantastic moment from our Catapella Summer Concert at The Brookmill Pub on 12th July 2026, with the choir performing the feel-good classic “The Only Way Is Up” by Yazz and the Plastic Population! 🎤🎵

It’s bold, joyful and practically impossible to hear without wanting to join in. A perfect Catapella number! 💜

There’s something rather special about standing together and singing a song with a message of picking yourself up, moving forward and believing that better things are ahead. Add a room full of voices, harmonies and Catapella energy, and you’ve got a pretty uplifting combination. 🌟

Time to give our Catapella Barbershop the spotlight! 🌟

At the Catapella Summer Concert at The Brookmill Pub on 12th July 2026, our Barbershop group stepped forward to perform the wonderfully rhythmic “Dry Bones.” 💈🎵

With voices locking into harmony, plenty of character and that unmistakable Barbershop sound, this was a brilliant opportunity for our smaller group to show what they’ve been working on alongside the main Catapella Choir.

Catapella Barbershop gives members another way to explore their voices, tackle close harmonies and experience the buzz of making music together in a smaller ensemble. Was meant to be a Four-part harmony, but someone was ill, so great teamwork front the three members and a whole lot of fun! 🎶💜

And this performance was part of a concert with an extra-special purpose. Together, we raised £260 for UK charity Live Music Now, helping bring the joy and benefits of live music to people and communities across the country. 💙🎼

At our Catapella Summer Concert at The Brookmill Pub on 12th July 2026, we had the pleasure of performing the timeless Oasis classic, “Half the World Away.” 🐈🎤

With its reflective lyrics and beautiful melody, it’s a song that resonates with so many people. Performing it together was a reminder of how music has the power to bring people together, spark memories and create moments that stay with us long after the final note.

Every performance is the result of weeks of rehearsals, encouragement and teamwork. At Catapella, we believe everyone has a voice worth sharing, and it’s that sense of community that makes every concert so special. 💜

Beauty By Clare is based within Freeman Hair Studio, Bicester, with several convenient parking options just a short walk away. Whether you’re visiting for a relaxing massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, a facial or another treatment, getting here is designed to be as easy as possible.
