Thank you to Westway Trust for their recent support of our Volunteer Training Sessions. The first one took place just before the half-term. We trained new volunteers for our new Butterfly School at Dalgarno Community Centre, as well as new volunteers for our other two schools at Rugby Portobello Trust and here at The Learning Store. We are so grateful.

We were founded by members of our local community in W10. They declared they wanted 'real action' to solve illiteracy among young members of the community. This is what we gave them.

It's half-term and of course it is raining! Perfect weather to chill out with a good book. Did you know that children who attend our Butterfly classes become independent readers super quick? This means they can enjoy books. Reading also opens up a whole new world of possibilities....
