Congratulations to our Year 13 leavers on their incredible A Level results yesterday!

Latymerians have achieved a record-breaking 43% A*s this year, also maintaining 95% of results in the A*-B range. 83% of our students are heading off to their first-choice university, which includes a range of leading UK institutions (23 students secured places at Oxbridge), alongside European and North American universities.

We are so proud of our students and everything they have achieved. These results are the culmination of hard work, determination and the unwavering support of their teachers.

Whether they're going to university, starting a degree apprenticeship, taking a gap year or beginning their career, we can't wait to see what they do next.

Expect an evening of great company and conversation, a three-course meal, plenty of wine, and our incredible guest speaker - award-winning journalist, Julian Borger (1979) at the Latymerians' Dinner 2026.

At a time when geopolitical turmoil is increasingly centre stage, Julian will share his considerable insight into the machinations of foreign affairs, drawing from his experience as the paper’s Middle East correspondent in Jerusalem, and as Bureau Chief in Washington, and then as Global Affairs editor. He also covered the devastation of the Balkan wars during the 1990s.

On Friday, the Class of 2016 joined us back on King Street to celebrate their 10-year reunion 🥳

Thank you to those who attended - it was wonderful to welcome you back, hear everything you've achieved over the past decade, and see old friendships picked up right where they left off.

Despite the heat, we welcomed a great group of Laymerians from the Class of 2006 this week for their 20th anniversary reunion.

It was fantastic to catch up on where life has taken them over the past two decades.

On Thursday 21 May, Prep alumni alongside former and current members of staff, returned to Rivercourt House for a special garden party celebrating 75 years since Latymer Prep made its home at Rivercourt.

Following a wonderful musical recital by current Prep pupils, guests raised a glass to this significant milestone before enjoying the opportunity to browse a collection of archive photographs and memorabilia, reflecting on 75 years of friendship, learning and community at Latymer Prep. 👏

What a fantastic evening at the Class of 1976 Reunion! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us – it was wonderful to see so many old friends reconnecting, sharing memories, and catching up after all these years. We had a great time and hope you did too.

Special thanks go to our brilliant Class Reps, whose enthusiasm and hard work helped rally the troops and make the reunion such a success. We couldn't have done it without you!

Today, Year 10 student Harry begins an incredible challenge — cycling all the way from Land’s End to Latymer!

Together with his dad, Harry will take on the incredible 560km ride over 5 days this half-term in support of the Trips and Activities Fund, which ensures our bursary students have the opportunity to enjoy all of the enriching school trips and experiences Latymer has to offer.

They’ve already raised over £1,200 through sponsorship — a fantastic achievement before they’ve even started pedalling! 👏
