This society is open to any student, King's College London alumni, or to anyone with an interest in any of the subject areas within the Department of Political Economy. 🧊 THE ARCTIC RACE

Welcome to our final Affair Square of the academic year!

Work in teams to represent global powers and key Arctic stakeholders — from the USA and Russia to Greenland and NATO — and see if you can navigate a fast-moving geopolitical crisis.

As the Arctic ice melts, new shipping routes, resources, and rivalries are emerging. Your challenge is to develop smart strategies, respond to live crisis updates, and defend your interests against competing powers.

You’ll negotiate, debate, and see which team wins the final vote. 🌍
