We are excited to share our latest connection with you all.
⭐️ Boundless Bedrooms ⭐️
These care home sessions focus on visiting those who cannot leave their bedrooms, therefore often missing out on activities and socialising that occurs in the communal areas.

Using movement, music & circus skills, Anesta & Charlene have been working with activities coordinators in .uk Manley Court Care Home (one of the largest care home in Lewisham with a dementia unit) to connect, dance, learn new skills, laugh 🤭 together and be entertained all whilst singing along to their favourite songs 🎶

Throughout this summer, Charlene had the privilege of choreographing & working with talented community members & professionals on Urban Flow.

On 13 September, over 100 silk flags and 100 performers transformed Roehampton’s neighbourhood into a living stage— blending ballet, tai chi, martial arts, and contemporary dance in a vibrant celebration of movement, culture, and community.
The processional performance began at Parkstead House to Bull Green, each stop along the route offered a moment of magic-choreographed by local groups and world-class artists ( .yau , Emily Thompson-Smith) and amplified by boom bikes and a powerful original score by composer

This unforgettable procession was co-created by India’s , for the beautiful vibrant flags and Wandsworth’s , with incredible contributions from , , Helena Lee Tai Chi and many more.
Urban Flow wasn’t just a performance-it was a shared journey! Thank you to everyone who danced, waved a flag, or cheered from the sidelines

Had the pleasure delivering a joyful inclusive circus session with wonderful held at with the Meet Me at the Albany community run by and - A group that brings isolated older people together to learn creative skills, make friends, and have agency over their social lives.

This was all possible thanks to as part of their Showdown tour to connect communities.

In early summer, arrived in London on their epic journey around the globe spreading the universal message of the effects of the climate crisis.

Charlene worked with the and movement directed a wonderful cast of school children, families & community members to perform, sing and welcome the animals at the Scoop in London Bridge.

This public art & climate initiative brought together large audiences, communities, artists & puppeteers who brought life size animals puppets to life whilst they stormed through city centres on a 20,000km journey.

Spring-summer 2025 Charlene excitedly joined the wonderful for their latest project ‘Connecting Voices’ creating multi-sensory storytelling performances at the Royal Engineers Museum Gillingham, co-created with young people attending SEND settings.

The stories filled the museum & classrooms with sensory wonder, team building & problem solving skills through drama & movement so students could experience & take part in bringing characters from the Royal engineers & their stories to life once again.

Wheeling into this week with another CPD session with Directors Laura & Charlene, this time with the wonderful dance artists at London Contemporary Dance School

We delivered an ‘Introduction to Inclusive Dance & Dancing with Wheelchairs’ 🦽 working together on making classes & courses accessible without compromising on the quality of teaching & content offered.

Last month directors Laura & Charlene had a brilliant day with .london.dance delivering an inclusive dance CPD with resident artist facilitators to make dance practice accessible for everyone.

So many smiles, laughs, new connections & generous sharing of practice challenges we face & how we can overcome them together.
