The Masbro Centre We're a charity that engages with everybody from the ages of 0 in our children's centre to our elders who attend our Elders Club each week.

The Masbro Centre is a community centre that houses parenting, youth, careers & volunteering, arts, sports & Elders activities all under the one roof. We have parenting and fathers coordinators, Careers advice service, a football pitch, Pottery classes + kilns, art classes, Yoga, classrooms and much more... all in W14! ET Casting in London are currently working on a campaign for a home appliances brand. They are looking for real families to take part.
Fees:
Adults: £300/day + £5,000 buyout
Children: £200/day + £2,500 buyout

They're looking for Families with
-Two parents and 2+ children (ideally a mix of ages).
-Open to all backgrounds, including same-sex parents and blended families,
-Based in the UK, with English as a first language
-Happy to be themselves on camera (no acting experience needed)

All family members must have valid passports
(shooting in Slovenia, with at least 6 months’ validity and no travel restrictions).

Dates:
Between 13th–19th June (includes travel + 2 shoot days)

The People’s Emergency Briefing

What’s really happening with climate and nature — and what does it mean for everyday life in the UK?

An eye-opening film bringing together nine leading UK scientists and experts to break down the latest evidence and what it means for issues that affect us all:

🌧️ Extreme weather 🍞 Food security 🏥 Health 💷 Cost of living

Based on the National Emergency Briefing in Westminster — featured by ITV, Channel 4 and The Times — the film includes appearances from Chris Packham, Deborah Meaden and a range of voices from across the UK.

The event is organised by The Green Londoner and the H&F Climate Action Group.

After the screening, stay for a short open discussion on what this means for our community and what action we can take locally.

The discussion will be moderated by Gautier Houel, founder of The Green Londoner, and Stephen Lavery of Friends of Bishop’s Park.

We’ve invited local MPs Andy Slaughter and Ben Coleman, as well as H&F councillors, and hope they’ll join constituents for this important conversation about our shared future.

Seats are free but limited, so please book in advance.

Invite a friend, neighbour or family member — everyone is welcome.
