A great opportunity for a talented Chef De Partie to join our Catering team at William Booth College., London. It is a residential Training Centre opened in 1929 to train Salvation Army Officers (Ministers of Religion). It also serves as a Conference Centre and the training centre for Salvation Army staff across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The Catering department serves Breakfast & lunch for staff and students Monday to Friday - but also serves other meals to conference guests both during the week and at weekends.

In addition, we regularly host other single day events for large groups, hence the need for flexibility to be rostered across a 7-day period.
