Growing up as a Christian, I always knew that God was real and that He still performs miracles. From an early age, I witnessed His power at work. Yet pride and arrogance led me to believe I was in control of my own life, as though I were the master conductor of a symphony that, in truth, was filled with disorder. I did not realise then how far I had drifted, or how deeply I had been led astray.
Through the Teen Challenge London programme, my relationship with Jesus was rekindled, and the truth of Scripture has kept that fire burning within me. I have learned the beauty of humility, the power of surrender, and the blessing of walking in the authority of Christ. As I have aligned myself with Godβs will and purpose, I have seen restoration in my family, hope where there was once despair, and life where there were once visions of death. In the name of Jesus, I now walk in abundance, with a renewed future and a heart full of hope. Jesus has not only restored me, but has also blessed me beyond what I could ever have imagined.
Today, I have the privilege of using my skills to help share the incredible work God is doing through the ministry of Teen Challenge. I serve as Marketing Coordinator for Teen Challenge London Drayton Hall, while also managing our coffee shop, 5:17 Coffee House, in Drayton. It is a joy to be part of a ministry that brings healing, purpose, and transformation to lives every day.
God moves in ways beyond human understanding when we choose to align ourselves with His will. He has done it for me, and He can do it for anyone. No matter your situation, lay your burden at the foot of the cross, seek Him with all your heart, soul, and mind, and watch Him transform your life.
