Sculpt is a proud deliver partner of .youth ‘s Summer Jobs Programme. The Summer Jobs Programme offers 6 weeks of paid work experience during the summer period, with ongoing support from a dedicated youth worker.

⏰The referral deadline: Friday 24th of April

Anyone can complete a referral - young people, parents and caters, youth workers, teachers or support services.

We have been honoured to receive funding from NCS to bridge the gap between education and the workplace. Learn2Work is a 6 week programme designed for young people aged 16-25, helping them navigate the transition from education to employment. This funding has helped us provide hands-on experiences, employer connections and targeted skills development. We have been able to change the lives of young people by helping them gain confidence and tools needed to take their next steps, empowering their future. On 24 March, we delivered Pathways2Success Day, a celebration of the Learn2Work Program that is funded by NCS. Over the lifetime of the programme, we had 108 students from 11 schools across London. We did 2 social event days, which saw 45 students from 7 different schools. We are thrilled to share the impact Learn2Work has made:
⭐️85% of participants felt their understanding of personal finance had increased.
⭐️77% of participants felt their understanding of customer service had increased.
⭐️73% of participants felt more confident in presenting their ideas to classmates.
These statistics reflect the transformative power of the Learn2Work programme in equipping young people with the essential skills they need to succeed in their careers. 👏We are proud of their growth and excited to continue empowering young people.👏
