• Join our programs in transformational leadership which connect young people aged 18 to 35 from all nationalities and backgrounds who want to make a difference. Through our programs, you will develop practical skills in transformational leadership through experiential learning and develop and deepen understanding and insight into your own potential.
• Become a part of The
Change's global network and community. Additionally, you can stay connected with fellow alumni through events that deepen understanding and insight into themselves and leadership, and challenge each other to be their best using a shared framework of tools. This includes the provision, training and support of Mentors.
• Develop new opportunities for young leaders to learn coaching and facilitation skills through an accredited framework, and put these skills into practice delivering our programs on a volunteer basis.
