🌟 Bhangra & Yoga Workshop FOR WATER! 🌟💦

Get ready to shake your shoulders, smile, and move to the high-energy beats of Bhangra, followed by a reenergising yoga session! 💃🕺

Traditionally bhangra was a harvest dance in Northwest India, it is now danced across the world and particularly in times of celebration. 🇮🇳

Two left feet? Don't worry, this is a workshop for everyone!

🧘‍♂️To complement the vibrant energy of Bhangra, we'll transition into another practice coming from India.

Our yoga class will be a restorative practice, perfect for stress relief, recharging your energy, and setting you up for a fantastic rest of your Sunday.

No prior experience required and suitable for all levels!

🌍💃 Your 2024 Donation Wrap: Making a Difference in Pakistan 💦🌟

2024 was a record-breaking year for Dance4Water London, raising £6,650 for WaterAid’s vital project in Taluka Badin, Pakistan. This brings our (4Water London’s) total contribution to an incredible £18,492.94! We wanted to extend a huge thank you to everyone for attending and dancing with us in 2024 - we could not have done it without you!

Your dance moves are more than just steps—they’re helping to:

✅ Build climate-resilient, sustainable water systems.

✅ Provide clean water and decent toilets.

✅ Empower women as leaders in sanitation and hygiene efforts.

✅ Improve facilities in schools and healthcare centers.

With two-thirds of Taluka Badin’s rural population forced to go to the toilet in the open, and over 18 million people in Pakistan drinking dirty water and one toilet to share between ten households, this work is transformative. You’re not just dancing—you’re genuinely changing lives.

💃 Let’s make 2025 even bigger! Thank you for every step you’ve taken towards a better world and helping so many individuals come closer to meeting their human right to clean water. 🕺✨

🕒 6:30-7:00 PM - Absolute Beginners Class with Guapea
✨ Free to attend every week!
Perfect for those just starting.

🕒 7:00-8:00 PM - Beginners and Intermediate (Parallel Classes)

Beginners: Join our 8-week flexible program, designed so you can start at any point! We also have a great value pass—just £55 for 8 consecutive weeks! The program is built to keep your momentum high, no matter when you begin during the cycle.

Intermediate: Building on Beginners’ skills, this class is tailored to your progress. Grab a £80 pass for 10 classes, which can be used anytime for any level above Beginners.

🕒 8:00-9:00 PM - Improvers and Higher Intermediate (Parallel Classes)

Improvers: Know our 6 basic moves from the Beginner and Intermediate courses? This 16-week class will take your dancing to the next level!

Higher Intermediate: For advanced dancers, this class hones in on deeper skills, tailored by your teacher to meet your needs.
