Quetta Going Green (QGG) is a cleanliness and environmental awareness campaign first started by the faculty and students of BUITEMS. The campaign now includes citizens of Quetta from a wide spectrum of the society. QGG's vision is to make Quetta a clean and green city. Its mission includes promoting awareness among the citizens of Quetta to keep their neighborhood and city clean and green. To mini
mize garbage production and increase plantation in the city and surroundings. To sustain cleanliness and green development. The objectives include:
1. Spread awareness.
2. Make volunteer groups in each neighborhood and make them responsible for the mission.
3. Minimize, sort trash, and develop compost sites in each neighborhood.
4. Replace plastic bags with totes in the entire city.
5. Connect citizens on QGG social app.
6. Engage policy makers on cleanliness and environment.
7. Sustain the mission through neighborhood groups, city volunteers and policy makers.
