Partnership for Young London

Partnership for Young London Partnership for Young London, regional youth unit for London - a network for youth policy & practice. Connects, develops & influences services for young people.

Partnership for Young London believes in a future where every young person’s right to wellbeing is recognised and fulfilled. With young people making up a quarter of London’s population, we have to respect that they are crucial to its future. We’re connecting everyone who cares about young people in London – bringing together organisations, local and regional government, and young people themselves. We’re developing and sharing knowledge and skills – equipping others to help young people in London access the support they need. We’re influencing policy and practice – generating the new ideas that will help young Londoners thrive. We’re laying deep foundations – but a united voice is our strongest tool. Working collectively with the expertise of everyone who cares about young people is the best chance that we have to make a difference.

We had an amazing time with South Bank International School’s Grade 6 students! 🌟 They dived headfirst into our work on smoking and va**ng, asking brilliant questions and sharing their perspectives. Chenal and Tanisha were fantastic ambassadors for our team, and we loved showing them around the Guildhall Art Gallery. Thanks for the inspiring day! 👀

e you ready to grow a career that has a positive impact on the planet?

If so, then look no further than New to Nature – an exciting scheme to give 18 to 25-year olds across the UK paid 12-month work placements.

You’ll get paid a good wage from a ‘green job’ that’s good for the environment, learn loads of skills to boost your CV and get access to an employment mentor to help you plan your future career. You don’t need previous experience and we are looking for someone who is passionate about people taking positive action in their communities.

New to Nature aims to provide life-changing experiences for young people who might not normally consider a career in the environmental sector and we strongly encourage applications from applicants who are from diverse ethnic backgrounds, living with a disability or are from low-income households.

Find out more about our ‘Wild Isles Officer’ placement and complete the short application form. The deadline to apply is Friday 11th November at midday (4pm).
