Run by former European & British Super Middleweight Boxing Champion, James Cook MBE. Youth Classes (5-17yrs) - FREE - Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5pm - 7pm
Adults Classes - £1 - Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7pm-9pm
Women Only - £1 - Tuesday &Thursday 7pm-9pm
