The Board and Membership of the Global Listening Centre congratulate Alexander V. Laskin, Ph.D., as he is awarded the prestigious Outstanding Article Award.

He is a Professor of Politics at the University of Hull, where he founded the Middle East Study Centre and an expert in political theory and ethics. His research focuses on freedom of expression, media responsibility, and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Dr. Cohen-Almagor has held prestigious visiting positions at Oxford and Lund Universities and served as President of the Association for Israel Studies. His major 2026 work, Resolving the Israeli–Palestinian Conflict, is published by
Cambridge University Press.

An elite and accomplished scholar, Professor Lynette Louw holds the Raymond Ackerman Chair of Management at Rhodes University in Makhanda, South Africa. She currently serves as the Deputy Dean of Research and Innovation for the Faculty of Commerce and is the former Head of the Department of Management.
