God uses our daily responsibilities to develop patience, discipline, humility and perseverance. Nothing offered faithfully to Him is wasted.

But there is an important question beneath all our striving:
Who are you when the title, success and recognition are removed?

Sip & Paint! Art Workshop with Susan Bence at The Abbey

Join Surrey artist Susan Bence for a relaxed and enjoyable evening of painting—no experience needed and no pressure to be the next Picasso!

Susan will guide you step by step as you create a contemporary still-life painting featuring everyday objects and flowers. You’ll work with acrylic paint on 21cm × 21cm thick watercolour paper and leave with a finished piece you’ll be proud to display at home. Along the way, you’ll learn useful techniques and build confidence for your next creative project—all while having plenty of fun.

All materials are included, along with one drink of your choice. Pizza platters are also available to purchase separately.

Our responsibility is faithfulness. The fruit belongs to God.

On the last Saturday of every month, we’re turning The Abbey into a mini adventure zone for dads and their kids. Who Let The Dads Out? is a relaxed monthly gathering for dads and their children (ages 0–7) at The Abbey. Bring your little ones along for a fun morning with soft play, a bouncy castle, crafts and simple activities. It’s a great space for kids to play and explore, while dads enjoy a coffee, connect with other dads and build community.

Join us once a month on a Saturday for play, laughter and good company.
